Stayble provides update on the ongoing Phase 2b study due to the covid-19 pandemic
Stayble Therapeutics announced today that recruiting patients for the company’s ongoing Phase 2b study with the drug candidate STA363 is slower than expected due to the covid-19 pandemic and the strict pandemic rules with several lock-downs in all study countries. Under current conditions, the company is expected to be able to report study results during the second half of 2022, which is later than previously communicated.
Stayble appoints Professor Hans Jörg Meisel as a member of the scientific advisory board
Stayble Therapeutics today announced that the company’s scientific advisory board gains new expertise through the appointment of Professor Hans Jörg Meisel, Berlin, Germany. Prof. Meisel adds further expertise in medical innovation and clinical trials in degenerative spinal diseases and a European perspective to the company’s scientific advisory board.
Last day of trading in BTA
Stayble Therapeutics AB (“Stayble” or the “Company”) hereby announces that the last day of trading in Paid Subscription Shares (Sw. BTA) will be on 8 March 2021 and stop day will be on 10 March 2021.
Stayble Therapeutic’s rights issue oversubscribed
The subscription period in Stayble Therapeutics AB’s (“Stayble” or the “Company”) rights issue ended on 17 February 2021. The rights issue was subscribed to a total of approximately 268 percent by existing shareholders and the public. Guarantee commitments made in connection with the rights issue will therefore not be utilized. Stayble will thus receive approximately SEK 41.5 million before transaction related costs. The capital that Stayble is now provided is intended to finance the Company’s operations until completion and processing of the results from the Company’s ongoing clinical Phase 2b trial and to give Stayble the opportunity to initiate discussions with potential partners to drive the project further through clinical Phase 3 studies until market approval. Settlement notes are expected to be sent out today, 22 February 2021.
Information about the trading in subscription rights and BTA
Stayble Therapeutics AB (”Stayble” or the ”Company”) hereby informs that the first day of trading in subscription rights and paid subscribed share (“BTA”), in connection with the Company’s ongoing rights issue, has been rescheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, 4 February 2021 due to an administrative and technical delay. The first day of trading in subscription rights and BTA was previously planned for today, 3 February 2021.
The subscription period in Stayble Therapeutics’ rights issue begins today
Today is the first day of the subscription period in Stayble Therapeutics AB’s (“Stayble” or the “Company”) new issue of shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders (the “Rights Issue”). The general public is also given the opportunity to subscribe for shares in the Rights Issue. The subscription period lasts until 17 February 2021 and a fully subscribed Rights Issue will provide the Company with approximately SEK 41.5 million before issue costs. Stayble has received subscription commitments and guarantee (top-down) commitments in advance, corresponding to a total of approximately 84 per cent of the Rights Issue. Stayble strengthens its scientific advisory board with US-focused key opinion leaders
Stayble Therapeutics today announced that the company’s continue to strengthen its scientific advisory board with two new members – Dr. Aaron Calodney and Dr. Douglas Beall. Their respective expertise and experience within spine-related issues and pain management adds important insights as well as US perspectives.
Stayble resolves on a rights issue in order to ensure the completion of the ongoing phase 2b study
Stayble Therapeutics AB (“Stayble” or “the Company”) announces that the Board of Directors, with support of the authorization from the Annual General Meeting in 2019, has resolved on a new issue of shares in which the public is also given the opportunity to participate . The rights issue can provide the Company with a maximum of approximately SEK 41.5 million before issue costs. Prior to the rights issue, existing shareholders and external investors have entered subscription commitments totalling approximately SEK 19.8 million (corresponding to approximately 48 percent of the rights issue). In addition, Stayble has procured guarantee (so-called top-down or top guarantee) of a total of approximately SEK 15 million (corresponding to approximately 36 percent of the rights issue). In total, the Company has thus received subscription and guarantee commitments corresponding to approximately 84 percent of the rights issue. Due to the rights issue, it is also announced that the time for publication of the Company’s year-end report for 2020 will be postponed to the 31[st] of March 2021.
Stayble Therapeutics AB announces the outcome of the exercise of warrants of series TO1
In total, 7,122 warrants were exercised, corresponding to approximately 0.3 percent of the outstanding warrants, for subscription of 7 122 shares at a subscription price of SEK 12.30 per share. Through the exercise of these warrant, Stayble will receive approximately SEK 88 thousand before issuing costs.
The Subscription Period for the Warrants of Series TO1 in Stayble Therapeutics AB begins Today October 17, 2020
Today is the first day of exercise TO1 for subsription to company shares that extend to December 1, 2020. Every one warrent gives the right to subscribe one new share in the Company to an exercise price of SEK 12,30 per share.

Stayble Theraputics AB carried out during the first quarter of 2020 in conection with the listing on Nasdaq First North Growt Market, an issue of units where one unit consisted of one newly issued share and one warrant free of charge. Each warrant gives the right to subscribe one new share in the Company. The subscribtion price has been set to SEK 12,30 which is in the range of the terms and condition in the prospectus that was published in conection with the issue of units.
Stayble presents at EUROSPINE Annual Meeting 2020
Stayble Therapeutics today announced that Professor Anders Lehmann, VP Development, will give a talk entitled ”Sclerosation of the intervertebral disc using lactic acid in patients with discogenic chronic low back pain: results from a phase 1b trial” at the EuroSpine Annual Meeting. The conference will be held virtually on October 6-9, 2020.
Stayble initiates clinical phase 2b study in Spain
Stayble Therapeutics today announced that the Company has initiated the first clinic in Spain for its clinical phase 2b study with the drug candidate STA363. Patient recruitment will commence immediately. The Company has now initiated clinics in all the three countries where it plans to conduct the study: the Netherlands, Russia and Spain. STA363 is intended for patients suffering from chronic disc-related low back pain.
