Idag, den 1 juni 2022, hölls årsstämma i Stayble Therapeutics AB. Nedan följer en sammanfattning av de beslut som fattades. Samtliga beslut fattades med erforderlig majoritet.

Stayble Therapeutics AB (“Stayble” or the “Company”) hereby publishes the interim report for the first quarter of 2022. The interim report is available as an attached document and on the Company’s website.

Stayble Therapeutics AB (“Stayble” or “the Company”) has entered into a liquidity providing agreement with Lago Kapital AB. Stayble has terminated its existing liquidity providing agreement with Mangold Fondkommission AB. The liquidity providing agreement with Lago Kapital AB will be effective starting on May 9th, 2022.  

Stayble Therapeutics AB (”Stayble” or ”the Company”) hereby publishes the Annual Report (in Swedish) for the financial year of 2021.

Stayble Therapeutics AB (“Stayble” or “the Company”) announces today that the Company has recruited 75% of all patients with chronic disc-related back pain to the ongoing clinical phase IIb study with STA363. The company has made several efforts to increase the recruitment of patients for the study at the participating clinics in Russia, the Netherlands and Spain. These activities, together with a reduced impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, have resulted in a significant increase in recruitment rates and activity at the clinics involved. The recruitment speed is in line with the set schedule and the goal of recruiting all patients during the year.

Stayble Therapeutics’ CEO Andreas Gerward gave a presentation on 14 March 2022 at Aktiedagen Stockholm 2022, an event arranged by Swedish Shareholders´ Association´s.

Stayble Therapeutics AB comments on the Company’s ongoing clinical phase IIb study, which is ongoing in Russia, among other places. The company follows the development closely and our current assessment is that the study can continue without risking patient safety, quality or implementation. This means that the Company continues to follow the previously communicated timelines.

Stayble Therapeutics’ CEO Andreas Gerward gave a presentation on 30 November 2021 at Stora Aktiedagen Stockholm 2021, an event arranged by Swedish Shareholders´ Association´s. The event, which takes place between 29 November and 2 December 2021, is a physical event with a studio audience that is broadcasted live via Swedish Shareholders´ Association´s YouTube channel.

Göteborg, 18 november 2021 – Stayble Therapeutics AB publicerar kvartalsrapport för tredje kvartalet (juli-september) 2021

Stayble Therapeutics AB (“Stayble” or “the Company”) is currently conducting a phase 2b study with the drug candidate STA363. The company has analyzed blinded data and the results show continued good safety and tolerability and indicate good opportunities for a conclusive outcome of the study. Patient recruitment is still affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and the strict measures introduced in the study countries, primarily in Russia. The Board assesses that the slower patient recruitment means that study results can be presented in 2023.

Aktieägarna i Stayble Therapeutics AB, org.nr 559024-8372, kallas till årsstämma den 2 juni 2021 kl. 12.00 på bolagets kontor på Arvid Hedvalls Backe 4, våning 6 i Göteborg. Inregistrering till årsstämman påbörjas kl. 11.30.

Stayble Therapeutics announced today that the company is strengthening its team by recruiting Dr. Sara Richardson in the newly created role VP CMC and Regulatory Affairs. Dr. Richardson will primarily work with the company’s continued clinical development, particularly with manufacturing issues (CMC), regulatory issues and government interactions.
